The three-layer vanadium steel pocket spring unit features 3,366 independently responding springs in King size, enabling precise contour mapping with minimal motion transfer. Six rows of hand side-stitching secure the springs to the edge for consistent support from center to perimeter, while hand-tufting with woollen tufts and twine preserves the filling distribution for the life of the mattress, resisting migration over time.
